CE-Chirp刺激声诱发的正常听力者听性脑干反应分析 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨新型CE-Chirp刺激声与传统短声(click)诱发听性脑干反应(ABR)的差异,获得正常听力者CE-Chirp ABR参数的正常范围。方法选择健康正常听力者16例(32耳),其中男6例(12耳),女10例(20耳)。ABR检测时分别采用CE-Chirp和click刺激声,获得波Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ的潜伏期和波间期,及不同刺激强度波Ⅴ的反应幅度和反应阈,两刺激声ABR结果进行对比分析。结果在高刺激强度(80、90 dBnHL)下,CE-Chirp ABR波Ⅲ、波Ⅴ潜伏期和Ⅰ~Ⅲ、Ⅲ~Ⅴ、Ⅰ~Ⅴ间期比click ABR要短,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在70 dBnHL刺激强度以下CE-Chirp比click ABR波Ⅴ幅度明显增大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中在60dBnHL刺激强度波Ⅴ幅度达到最大,是click的2.13倍(男性)和1.79倍(女性)。有11耳(34%)的CE-Chirp比click ABR反应阈值低。结论 CE-chirp刺激声增加了ABR的反应幅度,便于阈值的判断,节省检测时间。
