脑发育性静脉异常的3.0T MR诊断 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨3.0T高场MR对脑发育性静脉异常的诊断价值。方法总结19例脑发育性静脉异常的常规MRI(包括T1WI、T2WI、T2FLAIR、DWI、MRA、T1增强序列)及磁敏感加权图像表现。结果 19例脑发育性静脉异常磁敏感加权成像均可清晰显示其引流静脉及髓静脉,呈特征性的"海蛇头"样或丛簇状明显低信号;常规MRI显示了10例引流静脉,其中4例可显示髓静脉汇入引流静脉,引流静脉T1WI、T2WI、DWI均呈低信号,髓静脉T1WI等或稍低信号、T2WI呈低或稍低信号,引流静脉及髓静脉T2FLAIR均呈等或稍低信号;8例MRA检查,3D重建图均未能显示病变;7例T1WI增强,均见引流静脉及髓静脉点状、条状强化,典型者呈"海蛇头"样高信号。结论常规MR能显示引流静脉及髓静脉较大的脑发育性静脉异常,对细小病灶容易漏诊,磁敏感加权成像较常规MR更能清晰地显示其影像特征,可作为其检测的最敏感序列。
