极化液治疗急性冠脉综合征的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 早在20世纪60年代,有学者首次提议将极化液(GIK)用于急性心肌梗死(AMI)的治疗。早期的一些研究也支持GIK可用于AMI的治疗,但随后的一些临床研究和荟萃分析结果表明,其对于AMI治疗没有作用,甚至增加患者病死率。由于GIK疗效的不确定性,是否能广泛应用于临床一直存在争议。近年来,随着大量的基础和临床研究结果公布,对GIK治疗急性冠脉综合征(ACS)有了新的认识,本文就此进行简要综述。
