摘要
政府对困难大学生有资助的义务 ,而现行资助模式有种种弊端 ,我们提出的新模式是对旧模式的扬弃 。
It is obligatory upon the government to provide financial aid to poor college students. But the current financing mode is very defective, therefore we put forword a new mode, which is an optimized combination of several modes, to replace the old one.
