摘要
新能源开发是当今世界能源研究的新领域。我国开发新能源必须向产业化、集群化、规模化方向发展,并通过价格机制、政府扶持,不断完善新能源价格政策,为加快新能源健康发展创造良好的环境。
The development of new energy is a new field of energy research in the world today.China＇s development of new energy should follow the direction of industrialization,clusterization,and large-scale development,and through price mechanism,government support,and constant improvement of the new energy prices policies create a favorable ambience for a healthy development of the new energy industry.
