我国农村居民的患病行为分析

The Analysis of Illness Behavior for Rural Residents

利用2004、2009年的CHNS数据,以疾病严重程度和收入作为划分标准,分析农村居民的患病行为。从选择治疗情况来看,农村居民的卫生服务体现垂直公平性,但缺乏水平公平性;从就诊率及住院率来看,二者均呈现上升的态势;从首诊医疗机构来看,诊所比例下降,而乡、县比例上升,低收入群体的就医主要集中在村、乡两级,而高收入群体主要集中在乡、县两级。

According to the data of CHNS, the paper studies the patients＂ behavior of rural residents. It can be classified by the severity of illness and income. From the point of view of the choice of treatment, it reflects vertical equity, but lacks horizontal equity. The attendance rate and the hospital admission rate show an upward trend. Viewed from the first diagnosis of medical institutions, the clinic proportion declines, while the township and the country rise. The low income groups are treated mainly in the village and township, contrarily the high income groups are in the township and country.
