液化天然气以其能量密度高、运输方便、环保、经济等优点,已成为管输天然气供应范围以外城市的主气源和过渡气源。在钢铁生产企业中可作为高热值燃料被广泛应用于炼钢和轧钢工艺中。以某钢铁公司液化天然气气化站工程为例,详细介绍了液化天然气气化站的设备能力计算、工艺流程、控制设置和消防设施,并根据液化天然气的危险性特点,针对在设计过程中应注意的安全问题逐一进行了阐述。
Because of its high energy density, easy transportation, no pollution, economic, liquefied natural gas ( LNG ) has become the main gas source and the transitional gas source beyond the pipeline natural gas in cityl LNG is widely used in steel - making and rolling processes as its high thermal value in steel plant. The equipment capacity calculation, technological process, setting of process control point and fire facilities were introduced. Considering the dangerous characteristics of the LNG, elabo-rated the safety issues in the design.
