地下暗物质实验中的高速采样ADC模块设计与研究

摘要 简要介绍用于地下暗物质实验的高速采样ADC模块的设计与测试。主要介绍了电路结构,FPGA逻辑结构以及ADC性能测试方法,包括随机噪声、积分非线性(INL)、微分非线性(DNL)、信噪比、信号噪声失真比、有效位等。最后给出了系统级的初步调试结果。 This article introduces the design of the high -speed ADC module of the Under Ground Dark Matter Experiment, the hardware design and FPGA firmware design are introduced. Then, the ADC performance test is introduced, including the random noise, INL (Integral Non- Linearity), DNL (Differential Non- Linearity), SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio), SINAD (Signal to Noise and Distortion ratio) and ENOB (Effective Number of Bits). Finally, the system level test result is given.
