摘要
为满足宽带高速激光信号接收测量系统的需求,开展了高速光电技术、低噪声宽带线性放大等技术和机电一体化等技术的研究,完成了该宽带光接收机的研制。其主要技术指标为:负载阻抗50Ω、系统带宽0.05~1 500 MHz、响应灵敏度1.5 mV/μW、光分辨率5μW。
In order to meet the demand of measuring the broad band high speed laser signal, we carry through the study for high speed photoelectricity, low noise linear amplification and electromechanical integrity tech- nique. We also have developed this sort of broad band light receiver. The main technique index are: load im- pedance 50 Ω, system bandwith 0.05 ~ 1 500 MHz, response sensitivety 1.5 mV/μW, light resolution 5 μW.
