摘要 利用几种典型的实验室标准源,对无源效率刻度软件LabSOCS效率模拟的准确性和可靠性进行了检验;从射线级联符合相加效应原理出发,探讨了利用具有级联关系的X射线进行效率刻度的可能性,扩展了效率刻度的能区范围;利用该软件模拟计算了一定体积的圆柱形气体体源效率随几何尺寸的变化关系,优化了圆柱形气体源盒的几何尺寸。 The accuracy and reliability of source - less efficiency calibration software are verified by comparing efficiency values between experimental calibration and simulation. From the principle of cascade coincidence, the efficiency calibration method by X - ray is discussed in this article. The efficiency calibration scope is ex- panded. The geometry of cylinder gas source vessel is optimized by simulating efficiencies as a function of the diameter for a fixed volume vessel.
