摘要 将X射线对物体的成像原理与温度敏感作用机理研究相结合,研究分析了热膨胀对X射线与物质相互作用过程的影响,利用射线强度和图像灰度的关系推导得出在一定温度下物体温度和图像灰度值的关系式,得出高温时穿过物质后的X射线强度比低温时大,从而使得其图像灰度值比低温大的结论,以实现物质内部温度的非接触测量。通过实验验证了该非接触式温度测量方法的可行性。 The effects of thermal expansion to the interaction between X - ray and material are studied and ana- lyzed by combining X - ray imaging principle with temperature sensitive mechanism. The formula of temperature and gray - level of image was deduced according to the relationship between X - ray intensity and image gray. We may draw the conclusion that the intensity of X - ray through material under high temperature is larger than the one under low. And the image gray - level under high temperature is also higher than that of the low one. It makes the non - contact measurement of internal temperature of material possible. The results of some experi- ments show that the non- contact temperature measurement is feasible.
