摘要 由于家电产品的使用环境条件可能不同,因而使得废旧家电产品都有其自身的特殊性.为了使具有不同特性的废旧家电产品的拆卸回收价值最大化,采用模糊推理Petri网建立模型描述相关的模糊拆卸准则,并使用模糊推理算法,借助MATLAB软件找出某一拆卸方案的最大真实度,从而作出最佳的拆卸回收方案.实例证明,此模型能够实时针对具有不同特性的产品决策作出最佳的拆卸回收方案,从而尽可能使得拆卸回收的价值达到最大化. As household appliances may have different environmental conditions during their use stage, the used products have their own particularity. In order to maximize the value of waste household appliances with different characteristics, a fuzzy reasoning Petri net was used to establish a mathematical model for representing related disassembly rules. Based on the proposed fuzzy reasoning algorithm and MATLAB, the biggest confidence of a certain disassembly method was found out to determine the best method of disassembly and recycling. An example proved that the model can make the best and real-time decision for the specific product with different characteristics and maximize the value of waste household appliances Disassembly and recycling.
