摘要 石灰石湿式制浆系统广泛应用于火电厂石灰石/石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统.制浆系统的性能对整个脱硫系统的正常运行有着十分重要的影响.影响石灰石湿式制浆系统出力的因素有很多.针对国电能源投资有限公司准大发电厂石灰石湿式制浆系统出力不足的问题,分别从下料系统、湿式球磨机本体、石灰石浆液旋流器、系统配置的仪器仪表及化验检测方法等方面进行探讨,分析了影响系统出力的主要原因,并从保证系统正常运行方面提出了相关建议. The limestone slurry preparation system is widely used in the wet Flue Gas Desulfurization(FGD) system. The performance of a limestone slurry preparation system has a great influence on the operating reliability of the wet FGD system. The insufficient output of the limestone slurry preparation system is a very typical problem in wet FGD systems. The performance of the limestone slurry preparation system is influenced by many factors. In this paper, factors resulting in an insufficient output of the limestone slurry preparation system were analyzed, such as the feeding system, the limestone wet grinding mill, the limestone slurry hydrocyclone, the measuring instruments for the limestone slurry preparation system, and the analyzing techniques, etc. The reasons of the insufficient output of the limestone slurry preparation system were analyzed and corresponding treatments were suggested. In addition, some reasonable advice was proposed for the operating of limestone slurry preparation system.
