低温烧结NiCuZn铁氧体耐直流冲击性能 被引量:3

DC-resistance of low temperature sintered NiCuZn ferrites

摘要 采用固相反应法制备了NiCuZn铁氧体,用SEM观察了材料的微观结构;测量了样品的起始磁导率μi、饱和磁感应强度Bs、剩余磁感应强度Br、密度ρ。结果表明,材料的耐直流冲击性能与Br存在一定的相关性;材料的主配方对材料的耐直流冲击性能影响较大,可以通过调整材料的主配方将材料的耐直流冲击性能优化至磁导率变化率Ir<10%。 Using high purity raw material, NiCuZn ferrites were prepared by solid-state method. The microstructure of the material was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The initial permeability μi, saturation magnetic induction intensity Bs, residual magnetic induction intensity Br, and density p were measured. The result showed that correlation exists between de-resistance and residual magnetic induction intensity Br of NiCuZn ferrite material. Basic formula of material has significant influence on its dc-resistance. The change rate of initial permeability can be optimized to below 10% by regulating the basic formula of the material.
