MnO_2和Co_2Y联合添加对Ni-Zn铁氧体磁损耗的影响

摘要 采用传统陶瓷工艺制备了MnO2和Co2Y联合添加的Ni0.8Zn0.2Fe2O4铁氧体材料,研究了材料的结构与功耗。结果表明,随着MnO2添加量的增多,Ni-Zn铁氧体的损耗经历增大-减小-增大的变化,最佳添加量为1.2wt%。进一步研究表明,与不添加MnO2的材料相比,最佳添加时铁氧体的磁滞损耗系数与涡流损耗系数都减小,但剩余损耗系数有所增大。 MnO2 and Co2Y doped Ni0.8Zn0.2Fe2O4 ferrites were prepared by traditional ceramic process, the structure and power loss of the ferrites were investigated. It was found that the power loss increases first, then decreases and increases again with increasing MnO2 doping, and the optimal MnO2 doping was 1.2wt%. Compared with sample without MnO2 doping, further investigation revealed that the sample with 1.2wt% MnO2 doping has lower hysteresis and eddy current loss coefficient but higher residual loss coefficient.
