添加Li_2CO_3对MnZn铁氧体显微结构和磁性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用传统的陶瓷工艺制备了添加Li2CO3的高饱和磁通密度低损耗MnZn功率铁氧体,研究了添加Li2CO3对材料显微结构及磁性能的影响。结果表明,适量Li2CO3添加有利于得到细密、均匀的晶粒,降低功率损耗,温度曲线移向高温,材料的Bs略有下降。在配方为2+3+0.12 0.78 0.10 2.0 4Zn Mn Fe Fe O的材料中,当Li2CO3的添加量为0.07wt%时,材料获得最小的功率损耗,功率损耗的温度曲线移向高温约20℃,25℃和100℃的Bs分别降低1.22%和0.27%。 MnZn power ferrites with low loss and high Bs were prepared by conventional ceramic process. Influences of Li2CO3 additives on the microstructure and magnetic property were investigated. It indicates that a proper amount of Li2CO3 additive help forming of uniform and fine grains reducing power loss and make the temperature curve of power loss move to higher temperature, but the Bs declines slightly.Zn0.12Mn0.78Fe0.10^2+Fe2.0^3+O4 sample with 0.07wt% Li2CO3 addition has the lowest power loss and its temperature curve of power loss move to higher temperature by about 20℃, and its Bs at 25℃ and 100℃ decreases by 1.22% and 0.27%, respectively.
