茶多糖和茶多酚对糖尿病的协同防治作用 被引量:18

摘要 糖尿病作为一种代谢紊乱性疾病,严重威胁着人们的生命健康。近年研究表明,茶叶中的茶多糖和茶多酚能够有效预防和治疗糖尿病及其并发症。目前,相关的研究主要集中在茶多糖和茶多酚单独治疗糖尿病及其并发症方面,鲜有探讨茶多糖和茶多酚协同治疗糖尿病的报道。本文就茶叶中茶多糖和茶多酚单独及其配合对糖尿病的防治效果进行了论述,茶多糖与茶多酚对SD糖尿病大鼠有很好的协同防治作用。 Diabetes mellitus is a disorder of metabolism,which has been a serious threat to people's health. In recent years, studies have shown that tea polysaccharides and tea polyphenols could effectively prevent and treat diabetes and its complications. However,reports at present have mainly concentrated in the tea polysaccharides and tea polyphenols alone in the treatment of diabetes and its complications ,few have reported their synergistic treatment to diabetes and its complications. In this paper, tea polysaccharides and tea polyphenols alone and their synergistic effect on the prevention of diabetes has been related. The study of synergistic-protective effect of green tea polysaceharides and tea polyphenols on Sprague Dawley diabetic rats proved the synergistic- preventive effect of tea polyphenols and tea polysaccharides.
