摘要
建立了用分光光度法测定食品海参、银杏、芦荟中的痕量锗含量的方法,锗的含量在0.25μg/mL~1.10μg/mL范围内,吸收度与浓度成线性关系,线形方程为A=0.003 0+0.726 4x,相关系数r=0.996 9。在实际样品中的回收率为93.80%~96.40%。该方法简单,准确,选择性好,不需对样品进行分离,适用于微量锗含量的测定。
A new method for the determination of germanium in gingko,sea cucumber and aloe by spectrophotometry was established.The absorbance is proportional to the concentration of Germanium in the range of 0.25 μg/mL-1.10 μg/mL.The linear regression equation obtained is A= 0.003 0+0.726 4x(r=0.996 9).The recovery in real sample is 93.80 %-96.40 %.The method is precise,selective,fast and need no separation,and it is applicable to determining Germanium in real sample.
