摘要 β-木糖苷酶是木聚糖类半纤维素水解酶系的重要组成部分,能够从还原端将木二糖等低聚木糖逐一降解为木糖,被应用于能源、造纸、医药等许多领域。分别从来源、分类、酶学性质、生产调控及基因的克隆等方面对β-木糖苷酶进行了综述,对其应用前景进行了展望,并对研究现存的问题和今后发展的方向进行了分析。 β-xylosidases is a kind of hydrolytic enzymes.It always acts on the reducing end structure of the xylooligosaccharides to produce xylose.Because of its important role in xylan degradation,now it is applied in many fields.In this paper,β-xylosidases from microorganism was reviewed,including classification,enzymatic properties,production regulation and genetic expression and the potential industrial application respectively.And the existing problems and the direction of the future development were analyzed.
