摘要 随着化学和生命科学与技术飞速发展,多糖已成为化学与生物科学领域研究热点之一。该文根据多糖研究现状,简述多糖生理活性与构效关系等方面研究热点和前沿问题,概括其研究进展,以期为深入研究多糖功能和进一步阐明构效关系提供参考。 With the rapid development of chemical and life sciences and technology, the polysaccharide has become one of the hot spots in the field of chemical and biological scientific research. Based on the status of polysaccharide research, the research focus of the physiological activity and structure-activity relationships of polysaccharide has been briefly summarized, and the progress of their research has been reviewed. It is expected to provide a reference for the further study of the functions of polysaccharide and the elucidation of its structure-activity relationship.
