我国银行保险战略联盟模式选择与并购财富效应影响——基于AHP与Event study分析法的实证研究

The Model Selection of Bancassurance Strategic Alliances in China and Wealth Effect of M&A

本文以中国银行保险面临的困境为背景,针对银行保险发展趋势和研究现状,探讨了银保战略联盟选择模式,通过文献综述归纳总结,提出了并购为最优模式假设。为了检验假设,首先采用AHP层次分析法,研究银行保险战略联盟结构模型定性定量关系;其次对国内银行并购保险公司多样本案例运用事件分析法进行实证检验,研究发现:银行并购保险公司产生了显著的财富效应,但在不同银行间存在财富效应差异;最后,本文对银行保险发展模式进行了讨论,并对国内银行并购保险投资实践提出了可行性建议。

Against the current development difficulties of bancassurance in China, the paper reviewed the situation and development trend of bancassurance and elaborated on the selection of strategic alliance modes between insurers and banks. Through the literature review, it proposed M ＆ A as the optimal choice. To test this hypothesis, it used Analytic Hierarchy Process to establish the quantitative and qualitative relationship of the structural model of ban- cassurance strategic alliances. Then it exponentially tested the hypothesis through applying the event study methodol- ogy to multiple domestic bank-acquiring-insurer cases. The conclusion was that banks acquiring insurers could pro- duce a significant wealth effect, though the effects differed from bank to bank. Finally, the paper discussed the mode of development of bancassurance, and put forward feasible suggestions on domestic banks＇ acquisitions of in-surance companies.
