摘要
分析了锥膛炮锥膛段弹丸弹裙高速冲击锥膛受到的挤压变形变化过程;针对锥膛炮炮膛和弹丸的结构特点,建立了弹丸弹裙形变数学模型;基于有限元分析软件ABAQUS对弹丸弹裙挤压变形过程进行了仿真分析,得出了射弹锥膛段的速度-时间曲线,计算结果与实验结果一致。论文研究结果可为锥膛炮内弹道设计和弹丸结构优化提供参考。
The impact deformation process was researched during the projectile sabot in high speed impinging on the conic-chamber in the interior ballistics phase.The mathematical model of deformation was set up based on special structre of conic-chamber and projectile.The non-linear dynamic deformation process was simulated based on finite element software ABAQUS.The v-t curve and stress nephogram were obtained.And the simulation results were coinsident with the experimental results.The research can provide references for the designs of conic-chamber and projectile.
