工作—家庭促进研究进展——基于积极工作家庭界面的视角被引量：6

摘要个体在工作(或家庭)中的投入会对家庭(或工作)产生影响。家庭因素、工作因素(如工作自主性、灵活性、工作投入、工作成就和努力)个人特征(如人格特质、性别、受教育程度)等都可能是导致工作—家庭促进的重要原因。积极心理状态和积极行为则是工作—家庭促进的重要结果。工作—家庭促进作用的产生可能是一种资源获取(Resource-Gain)机制,或者是角色促进机制,还可能是一种系统作用机制。未来的研究应该关注工作—家庭促进的群体层面研究以及其应用性研究。当然,本土化也是未来研究的重要趋势。
