摘要
当台区与用户的供电关系发生变化时,尽快实现对用户归变归相的确认,可以提高线损管理水平。基于RBF神经元自适应遗传算法的"低压台区线损在线分相智能分析系统",能在主站端不需人工干预的情况下,自动实现用户归变归相管理,并根据综合电表自动上报的各种信息,实现对低压台变线损在线分相智能分析。
When the relationship between supply station area and users changed, user's reductive- transformer and reductive- phase were realized as soon as possible could improve the level of line loss management. Low - voltage line losses online split - phase intelligent analysis system based on RBF neuron adaptive genetic algorithm could implement reductive - transformer and reductive - phase automatically under the circumstance which the main station without human intervention. All kinds of information would be reported automatically according to the integrated electric meter, that to achieve the low phase transformer line loss online intelligent analysis.
