电力综合大楼结构转换层支模质量控制

摘要 通过对转换层粱支撑系统荷载分析,采用设计图断面和配筋反算竖向承栽力,挖掘转换层下各层梁竖向荷载作用下的潜力,减少支撑。在计算支撑层数和各层支撑数量时,进行多方案分析比选后,采用经验系数进行单个梁计算,计算足够精确,只要构造合理,安全是可靠的。而且通过对都匀供电局综合楼结构转换层的具体实施证明,用本文简化计算方法计算是完全可行的,比按设计荷栽核算可节约支撑1至2层。既节约了施工费用,又缩短施工周期。 By analyzing the converting storey beam support system load, using design drawing sections and reinforcement to inversely calculate vertical bearing capacity, the potential of beams in converting storey under vertical load had been found to reduce support. In calculating the support layers and support number, after multi - scenario analysis and comparison, by empirical coefficients, the single beam had been calculated accurately, safely and reliably with reasonable structure. The specific implementation of Duyun Power Supply Bureau complex structural converting storey proved that the simplified calculation method in this paper was entirely feasible, and it also could save 1 -2 layers than the design load calculation, which saved construction costs, and shortens the construction period.
