三维GIS在电网建设工程信息化管理中的研究与应用

摘要 通过对三维GIS在输电信息化管理中研究与应用,其应用成果可在省级及地级电网企业应用,系统可促进电网企业的输电工程管理,进一步提高电网输电基建管理信息的获取速度以及精细度,同时也可通过对真实地理环境以及电网输电线路设备材料的展示,进行电网建设辅助决策分析,实现进一步提高电网规划的准确度、有效缩短电网建设的工期、减少事故的发生等。 Through the research and application of 3D GIS in power grid information management, the result could be applied to provincial and regional power grid enterprises, and could promote the power transmission engineering management of power grid enterprises. The access speed and precision of power grid infrastructure management information were enhanced. Meanwhile, by showing the real geographical environment and power grid transmission line equipment material, the auxiliary decision analysis of power grid construction could be implemented, the accuracy of the power grid planning could be enhanced, the time limit of power grid construction could be shortened, and the happening of the accident could be reduced.
