摘要
对承钢新4#高炉(容积2 500 m3)2013年1月份炉缸状态变差,炉况波动的处理过程进行了分析与总结。介绍了从炉况变差到恢复过程采取的主要措施,保持了炉况稳定顺行,炉况恢复历时10天,总结了本次处理炉缸状态变差应吸取的教训。
It is analyzed and concluded the treatment course of furnace condition fluctuation of new 4# blast furnace（volume： 2 500 m3） in Jan.of 2013.It is introduced the main measures adopted in the course from the condition getting worse to its recovery.The recovery spent 10 days,the lesson being sucked up concluded.
