摘要
介绍了钢水钙处理工艺的基本原理及条件,分析了钢水的实芯纯钙线钙处理工艺优势,与钙铁线相比,使用实芯纯钙线喂线长度减少50%,钙的吸收率提高10%,并且减少了钢水的温降。结合宣钢炼钢厂钙吸收率和钢水增钙试验,分析了实芯纯钙线的喂线速度对钙吸收率的影响,最终确定120 m/min为最佳喂线速度。应选择在钢液下降流的中心位置喂线,尽量远离吹氩亮圈。
It is introduced the basic principle and conditions for molten steel calcium treating process,analyzed the superiority of calcium treating process with pure solid cored calcium wire.In this process,compared with calcium-iron wire,the wire-feeding length is reduced by 50%,the absorption ratio of calcium increased by 10%,and the temperature drop of molten steel gets less.Based on the experiment in Xuan Steel for calcium absorption ratio and calcium-increasing in molten steel,it is analyzed the influence of wire-feeding speed of solid cored pure calcium wire on calcium absorption ratio,and at last the best speed is determined as 120 m/min.And the location of wire-feeding should be selected at the central location of dropping flow of molten steel and apart from argon-blowing bright ring as far as possible.
