摘要
热轧工作辊表面氧化膜对带钢表面质量和轧制稳定性影响很大,氧化膜脱落会造成压氧缺陷和带钢运行状态发生改变。通过对现场观察和理论分析,介绍了高铬铸铁工作辊表面氧化膜生成和剥落的影响因素,提出了预防措施。
The oxidation film on hot-rolling working roller surface has a great influence on strip steel surface quality and rolling stability,and its spalling would cause kisser and make strip steel operation status changed.Based on site observation and theoretical analysis,it is introduced the factors to affect the formation and spalling of oxidation film on surface of high-chromium iron working roller,some precaution measures proposed.
