摘要
在保证烧结矿质量的前提下,为降低生产成本,在烧结原料中配入低价矿。针对低价矿烧结性能差、容易粘料、糊篦条的问题,切割了烧结机圆辊机两侧的挡板,利用红外测水监控系统实时监测配料过程,进行厚料层、低碳操作,合理调整烧结机机速和主排风门的匹配。改进后,烧结机的作业率、烧结矿的转鼓强度均有所提高,烧结余热发电由20 kW.h/t提高到24 kW.h/t。
With quality of sinter guaranteed and to reduce sintering cost,some low-price iron ore is proportioned into sintering raw material.To solve the problem brought about by the low-price ore: sintering performance bad,material easy to stick and plaster on furnace bar,measures are adopted as following: cutting the stopping plate on two sides of roller feeder of sintering machine,monitoring in real time the proportioning procedure with infrared water-measuring monitoring system,conducting thick charge layer and low carbon operation,reasonably adjusting the match between the speed of sintering machine and main discharging door.After the improvement the operating rate of sintering machine,drum strength of sinter all are increased,sintering cogeneration increased from 20 to 24 kW·h/t.
