数字化内镜影像系统的研制和初步应用

医学影像的数字化一直是临床医师所期望的 ,但是目前国际上成套医学数字化影像系统价格昂贵 ,不能为大多数医院接受。我们采用国内的电子配件 ,对电脑进行改装 ,配合内窥镜模拟影像系统组成成套的数字化内镜影像系统。该系统由腔内镜成像系统、计算机数字转换储存系统、计算机以及相关软件组成。通过腔内镜系统将形成腔内镜模拟信号 ,通过电缆接入计算机内的影像捕获卡 ,该卡将模拟信号转换成数字化影像 ,并通过计算机将所获得的图像储存于计算机内。通过相关软件可对数字化图像进行编辑、修改和裁剪。通过临床实践 ,上述的数字化内窥镜影像系统解决了长期以来困扰临床医师影像保存及应用的难题 ,而且设备成本低 ,符合我国医院的经济承担能力。

Doctors always hope they could get the digitalized medical video data in their practice,but currently this kind of video system is too expensive to be afforded by most hospitals in our country.We utilize electronic fittings to refit common computer to compose the digital video system of endoscope.This system composed of endoscopic video system,digital transfer store system of computer,computer and special software.The simulant video were produced by endoscopic video system,and transferred into the video capture card in computer The video capture card could transform the simulant video signal into digitalized video format,and the latter could be saved in computer hard drive in digitalized format.Then the digitalized video could be edited and revised with special software to get better quality of video.In clinical practice,it is believed that the digitalized video system of endoscope could satisfy the necessity of store and application of medical video in clinical practice.Since this digitalized video system were refitted with fittings from domestic electronic market,the expense of the system could be afforded by most hospitals in China.
