长期冷水胁迫对杂草稻和栽培稻农艺性状的影响 被引量:6

摘要 以杂草稻WR03-45、WR03-26和栽培稻丽江新团黑谷、秀子糯为试验材料,在孕穗期将参试材料放置于冷水池中至成熟,分析杂草稻和栽培稻的农艺性状对长期冷水胁迫的响应。结果表明:长期冷水胁迫使4个参试材料的株高、倒一节间长、穗颈节间长、穗长、千粒重、结实率、花药长、花药宽和花药体积显著降低,其中杂草稻WR03-45的这些参数分别降低了5.95%,22.90%,34.66%,11.52%,8.61%,3.87%,2.13%,3.27%和7.93%,降低比例最小。长期冷水胁迫对WR03-45的剑叶长、剑叶宽、倒二叶长和倒二节间长影响不显著,WR03-26和秀子糯则显著降低;参试材料的倒三节间长无显著变化,倒四节间长显著升高。综合以上分析表明杂草稻WR03-45具有极强的耐冷性。 In order to analyze responses of agronomic characters to long-term cold water stress in weedy and cultivated rice, weedy rice WR03-45 and WR03-46, and rice cultivars Lijiangxintuanheigu and Xiuzinuo were exposed to cold water pool from booting stage to maturity. The results showed that plant height, top first internode length, panicle exsertion, panicle length, 1000- grain weight, seed setting rate, anther length, anther width and anther volume decreased significantly in four genotypes under long-term cold water stress, but decreased degree of these indices were the lowest in weedy rice WR03-45, which were 5.95%, 22.90%,34.66%,11.52%,8.61%,3.87%,2.13%,3.27% and 7.93%, respectively. Long-term cold water stress had no significant influence on flag leaf length, flag leaf width, top second leaf length and top second internode length in WR03-45, but these indices decreased significantly in WR03-26 and Xiuzinuo. The top third internode length did not change significantly and top fourth internode length increased significantly in four genotypes. Weedy rice WR03-45 has a strong tolerance to cold stress by comprehensive evaluation on responses of agronomic characters to long-term cold water stress.
