威灵仙斑枯病病原菌鉴定及生物学特性研究

The Pathogen Identification and Biological Characteristics of Clematis chinensis Spot Blotch

威灵仙斑枯病是辽宁省威灵仙产区新发生的一种重要叶部病害。对该病发生和危害情况、病原菌鉴定及生物学特性进行了系统研究。结果表明,该病田间病情指数为12.5～54.8;病原为铁线莲壳针孢(Septoria clematidis-flammulae);菌丝生长最适温度为25℃,最适pH值为6,最适培养基为胁本哲氏培养基,光照条件对菌丝生长无显著性影响,最适碳源为蔗糖,最适氮源为硝酸钾;分生孢子萌发最适温度为25℃,最适pH为6,最适RH为100%。

Clematis chinensis spot blotch is a newly occurring and important leaf disease in Liaoning Province. The disease incidence, symptoms, pathogen identification and biological characteristics were researched systematically. The result showed that the disease index in the field reached to 12.5-54.8, the pathogen was morphologically identified as Septoria clematis-flammulae Roumeguere, its optimum growth conditions were 25℃, pH6, wakimoto toceshi medium, sucrose as carbon source and KNO3 as nitrogen source. Light had no significant effect on its colony growth. The most suitable conditions for conidial germination were 25℃, pH6 and RH100%.
