柞蚕雄蛾油中α-亚麻酸对小鼠血脂代谢的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为了研究柞蚕雄蛾油中α-亚麻酸对高脂小鼠血脂代谢的影响,给高脂小鼠以不同剂量的α-亚麻酸灌胃,并每周称体重,4周后测定小鼠肝系数及血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)。结果表明:与摄食高脂饲料的小鼠相比,柞蚕雄蛾油处理组中的α-亚麻酸可使小鼠血清TC下降22.48%~29.04%,TG下降25.53%~46.38%,LDL-C下降30.17%~45.70%,HDL-C升高11.18%~26.97%,并能明显降低小鼠体重及肝系数。可见,α-亚麻酸能够较好的调节小鼠血脂代谢,明显降低摄食高脂饲料小鼠的血脂水平。 The effect on mice blood-fat metabolism of α-linolenic from male silk moth was studied. The mice with hyperlipidemia were feed on α-linolenic of different dose and were weight every week. 4 weeks later, the effects of α-linolenie on weight,liver index and serum lipid were observed. Results showed that the results showed that α-linolenie from male silk moth could significantly reduce weight and liver index of the mice, and significantly reduce serum TC,TG and LDL-C lever also. α-linolenic can regulate the blood-fat metabolism of mice,and could significantly reduce the blood-fat level of mice.
