摘要
"快递是慢递"这是国内电商物流的真实概括。通过采集一定地域范围内网购的物流过程数据,应用数据库工具,对国内电子商务物流的时间结构进行了分析。统计与分析表明:当前国内每单的物流时间平均为82小时左右,其中准备时间约为9小时、派送约为20小时。为解决时间瓶颈问题,提出了供应链视角下的合作策略。卖方、快递企业与承运方各合作伙伴,如果能基于共性电商物流平台进行协同运作,即可大幅度减少物流过程的时间开销,从而提高物流速度。研究表明,异地快递1天达是理想、2天达完全可实现。
Situation of domestic E-commerce logistics was really summarized as "expresses are slow".By collecting E-commerce logistics tracking records and utilizing database tools,logistics time spent during domestic E-commerce was analyzed.The result shown that the domestic E-commerce average logistics time was about 82 hours per order.Among that period,about nine hours was taken to prepare and about twenty hours was taken to distribute.Cooperative strategies from supply chain perspective were presented to solve the problem of time bottleneck.If partners of supply chain as like vendors,express enterprises and carriers can work together,the logistics time would be reduced significantly and the speed would be faster.The study shows that ideal situation is 24 arrival and two-day arrival can be come true easily.
