摘要
二十世纪九十年代以后,我国的物流配送业有了较大发展。近年来,许多大中城市都开始兴建物流配送中心,物流基础设施逐渐得到改善,整体物流技术水平也开始得到提高。但仍存在许多问题需要解决,比如成本过高,效率低下等。要在努力提高服务水平的情况下,对物流成本进行预测、计划、分析和控制,减少到最低限度,以达到预期的物流成本目标。为此提出实际的对策建议来控制不必要的成本开支,以增强竞争力,提高经济效益。
Since the 1990s,China's logistics industry has made great development.In recent years,many large and medium-sized cities have started to build the logistics distribution center.Logistics infrastructure was gradually improved,The overall level of logistics technology also began to get improved.But there are still many problems to be solved,Such as high cost,low efficiency,etc.In efforts to improve the service level of the case,forecasting、 planning、analysis and control of logistics cost,reduced to a minimum,In order to achieve the goals of the logistics cost.Put forward practical countermeasures to control unnecessary costs,in order to enhance competitiveness,improve economic benefits.
