摘要
文中基于运用CCRMP/AHP模型对农产品物流园区的选址方案进行评估和比较,整个过程可以划分为两个阶段。首先,运用DEA模型的改进CCRMP模型对影响物流园区的因素进行相对有效值的排序,对各决策单元权重的取值范围加以限制,避免出现脱离实际的权重分配,进而进行一级二级筛选;然后,用AHP层次分析法对筛选出来的指标构造判断矩阵,对决策单元的影响因素权重进行全排序,由此可以保证在物流园区各项投资成本最小化的前提下,能够尽可能实现回收率的最大化。
Aiming at the evaluation and comparison with the agricultural products logistics park site plan based on the CCRMP/AHP model,the whole process can be divided into two phases.Firstly,the thesis uses the CCRMP model which improved by DEA to sort the factors affecting the logistics park,including limit the range of the decision-making unit to avoid unrealistic weight distribution.Secondly,using AHP to structure a judgment matrix with the indicators filtered with step one,then full sort the influencing factors weights on decision-making unit.The method can guarantee to achieve maximum recovery rate with the minimum cost of investment in the logistics park.
