IT制造企业内部物料管控信息系统研究——基于RFID技术

Research on IT Manufacturing Enterprises' Internal Material Control System-Based on Internet of Things RFID Technology

IT制造企业电子元器件物料微小,相似度很高,对于物料的合理管理存在一定难度,生产中经常发生物料错料事故。文中基于物联网RFID技术,根据IT制造企业普遍采用表面贴装技术进行电子产品的加工生产的特点,采用物联网RFID技术与企业生产实际结合的方法设计物料的管控信息系统,研究利用RFID技术实现物料的管控,进而实现IT制造企业内部整个生产循环过程中物料错料的预警、生产中物料监控、产成品质量的追踪的目的,防止生产错料发生。

The IT manufacturing enterprises＇ electronic materials are very small and the similarity is higher,it has a lot of difficulty to control electronic materials by proper way,the wrong material risk happens frequently.This article based on RFID combines RFID with the actual production to design materials control information systems according to the IT manufacturing industry utilizes surface mount technology electronic products processing and production characteristics.It researches the material management and control by the using of RFID technology,then the system can achieve the target,wrong material warning、material monitoring and the Quality of the finished product tracking.At last,the system can prevent the production of the wrong material to occur.
