基于模糊综合评判的汽车零部件企业供应商评级研究

Rating Vendors for Auto-parts Enterprises Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

研究在供应链管理环境下,企业供应商选择与评价的相关问题。基于湖北省十堰市汽车零部件企业的具体情况,采用专家调查法为其构建供应商综合能力评价指标体系,在此基础上,首先运用层次分析法确定指标权重,进而采用模糊综合评判法对供应商进行综合评价得到案例企业的供应商评级结果。文中的研究结果有助于企业更有效地辨识能够长期合作的供应商伙伴,从而为企业所在供应链的良性发展奠定基础。

Research on the supplier selection and evaluation issues in supply chain environment with auto-parts enterprises in Shiyan City as a case study.A comprehensive supplier evaluation system is built and weighted by using the expert investigation method and AHP.On this basis,the supplier rating result is analyzed with the help of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The results of this study will help Enterprises identify long-term cooperation supplier partners more effectively,so as to lay the foundation for healthy developing supply chain.
