摘要
随着杭州内河船舶注册数量的逐年增加,船舶登记工作的责任和风险也相应骤增。文中结合工作实际,从船舶登记主体、登记行为和登记环境等方面分析了登记工作中存在的风险,并提出了防范和化解风险的措施。
With Hangzhou inland vessels registered number increases every year,ship registration work responsibilities and risks accordingly surge.Of actual work,from ship registration body,the act of registration and registration environment,analyze risks exist in the work registration,and proposed measures for risk prevention and mitigation.
