基于精益生产的设备快速清理方法研究

摘要 精益生产意在消除生产过程中的无效流程。设备模具的切换、清理都占用了大量时间,如何缩短这部分时间,是实际生产中面临的重要问题。为此在分析设备快速换模的基础上,针对部分周期性生产设备的清理问题,结合精益生产思想,运用流程分析、动作分析等优化工具,提出了设备快速清理理念和方法,同时给出设备备件数量的计算模型。最后,通过实例证明了设备快速清理方法的实用性。 Lean production is intended to eliminate invalid flow in the process of production.The switching and cleaning equipment mold take up a lot of time.How to shorten this time is the important problem in actual production.This paper puts forward equipment rapidly clear concept and method based on analysis of equipment quick model changing,for the cyclical clean-up of the production equipment,combined with the idea of lean production,used process analysis,motion analysis and optimization tools.At the same time given equipment spare parts quantity computation model.Finally,using an example to prove the practicability of the method of quick clear of equipment.
