高职物流管理专业双主体人才培养模式研究——结合安徽财贸职业学院教学实践

Study on Talent Training Mode of the Vocational College Logistics Professional

物流管理是一个实践性较强的专业,但高校在物流人才培养中,只重理论教学,而忽略学生的动手实践能力,已经造成了重理论轻实践的严重后果。文中分析了我国目前物流管理专业人才培养模式的操作实践,总结了诸多人才培养模式在教学运作中的弊端和问题,并结合所在院校的"双主体"人才培养模式的教学实践经验,提出了物流管理专业人才培养模式运作的有效方法。

Logistics is a practical subject,but many universities lay stress on the theory of education,while neglecting the students＇ practice ability,which has resulted in serious consequences.This paper analyzes the current logistics management professional training practice mode,summarizes the teaching mode operation of the defects and problems in training of various talents,combined with the colleges and universities ＂double subject＂ personnel training mode of practical teaching experience,puts forward some effective ways to the training mode of this professionals.
