浅谈高等职业院校的实训环境建设

On Construction of Practical Training Environment in Higher Vocational Colleges

职业技术教育"以就业为导向,以服务为宗旨"的办学指导思想决定了职业技术院校在学生的培养过程中,必须十分重视学生实践能力的培养,加大实训环节的训练力度,而良好的实训环境无疑能够给学生提供丰富的想象空间和实际训练的天地,使他们能够自觉或不自觉地接受来自实训环境的熏陶,进而对职业技术教育的培养目标加深理解,对实践环节、职业技能产生兴趣。

Higher vocational education aims at employment orientation and service purpose.According to this guideline,great importance should be attached to the students＇ practical ability and the aspects of practical training should be strengthened.A good training environment will undoubtedly be able to provide students with a rich world of imagination and practical training.The students can consciously or unconsciously accept the influence from the training environment,understand the training objectives of vocational and technical education deeply and become interested in practical aspects and vocational skills.In this paper,the construction of practical training environment in higher vocational colleges is discussed preliminarily to get the guidance from the peers and expects.
