摘要
高职文秘专业实训教学在高职文秘人才培养的过程中起着至关重要的作用,根据秘书职业岗位的需求特点,高职文秘专业的实训教学应该以职业能力的培养作为出发点和着力点,围绕高职文秘专业实训教学中存在的问题提出解决的对策。
Practical teaching of higher vocational secretary major should take the cultivation of vocational ability as the starting point and focus.This paper puts forward solutions to the problems in practical teaching.
