液-固相线温差补偿的连铸二冷控制模型 被引量:3

摘要 针对连铸生产过程中某些钢种钢水成分波动较大,导致采用传统参数配水模型控制时铸坯表面温度波动较大,尤其是矫直点处铸坯温度很难控制在一个合理稳定范围内的问题,笔者在参数配水控制模型的基础上,考虑了钢水成分变化对液、固相线温度及凝固区间的影响,提出了一种基于液-固相线温差补偿的连铸二冷控制模型。计算了参数配水控制模型和新提出的二冷控制模型在钢水成分发生波动情况下铸坯的温度场,并对两种模型的计算结果进行了分析讨论,结果表明:笔者提出的连铸二冷控制模型,在钢水成分发生波动的情况下能更好地控制矫直点处铸坯的表面温度,进而保证铸坯质量。 During continuous casting process,the composition of molten steel often varies with different heats,which leads to the big fluctuation of billet surface temperature when the traditional parameter water control model is applied to control the process.Additionally,it is difficult to keep the temperature at the straightening point of the billet within a reasonable range.Given above consideration,a new control model for secondary cooling of continuous casting based on compensation temperature of the difference between liquidus and solidus has been presented.Meanwhile,the temperature field of the billet is simulated with both the parameter water control model and the new secondary cooling control model,and the results indicate that the new control model for secondary cooling of continuous casting could perform better when it is used to control the surface temperature at straightening points of billet,thereby ensuring the quality of the billet.
