摘要
以颗粒级配原理和紧密堆积理论为依据,采用漂珠或玻璃微珠等作减轻剂,与水泥、超细材料和悬浮稳定材料进行粒度级配,经过实验复配出3种适用于不同密度段的减轻增强材料,同时研究出了低密度早强剂和适用于密度低于1.30 g/cm3体系的抗温耐盐成饼AMPS类降失水剂。在此基础上,研究出密度为0.98~1.30 g/cm3的超低密度水泥浆和密度为1.30~1.60 g/cm3的低密度高强度水泥浆。该体系适用于45~120℃的井况,稠化时间可调,具有较高的早期强度(24 h强度大于10 MPa),API失水量小于60 mL,无游离液,流动性好,具有优异的稳定性,能有效地封隔油气水层,缩短候凝周期。超低密度高强度水泥浆及低密度高强度水泥浆已在储气库井中得到广泛应用,取得了良好的效果,解决了现场的技术难题。介绍了该水泥浆在双6-H3323井的固井应用情况。
Based on the principles of particle size distribution and close packing theory,putting the class G cement,lightweight materials,strength-enhanced materials,low density early strength agent and filtrate reducer AMPS as the basic raw materials,the ultra-low density(0.98-1.30 g/cm3) and low density high strength(1.30-1.60 g/cm3) cement slurry system is developed that can be used at the temperature of 45-120℃,which has advantages of density and thickening time adjustable,high stability,high strength(compressive strength is over 10 MPa in 24 h),no shrinkage,less than 60 mL of the API fluid loss and no free liquid.This cement slurry system is applied widely and successfully incementing jobs of gas storage wells,and the application in well Shuang6-H3323 is introduced in this paper.
