摘要
川西中浅层气藏为典型的低渗、致密气藏,压裂改造是勘探和开发的主要手段。然而,随着川西坳陷低渗致密砂岩气藏开发的深入,储层品质逐渐降低,对原有的压裂液体系及改造工艺提出了更高的要求。研制的多功能增效压裂液具有表面张力低(<25 mN/m)、破胶迅速、返排速度快等特点。选取同一井组的邻井进行产量对比,压后效果表明,应用井压后平均产量为3.4×104m3/d,为邻井的1.8倍。多功能增效压裂液实现了低渗储层压裂的"快进快出"要求,减少了压裂液对储层的伤害,能有效地改造储层,增产效果显著。
The middle and shallow gas reservoirs of Chuanxi oilfield is of typical low-permeability and tight gas reservoir,and fracturing operation is the main exploration method.However,with the exploration developing,the quality of reservoir is getting worse,the normal fracturing fluid system cannot work effectively anymore.A kind of multifunctional synergistic fracturing fluid system is developed that has performances of low surface tension(<25 mN/m),fast gel-breaking and high viscosity of flow-back.The comparison result of productivities with two adjacent wells show that the productivity of fractured well is 3.4×104 m3/d,1.8 times of the other well.
