摘要 从多个层面深入分析了哈萨克卡拉赞巴斯油田的浅层调整井固井的复杂难点,该油田存在开采年限长、井眼密度大、地层压力无规律、地层连通性好、孔隙度高、地层水活跃、地层岩石含水丰富、地温低、井浅等一系列客观因素,因此有针对性地选择了防水型固井材料,从固井工艺、水泥浆体系方面寻找解决措施,研究了一套防水型水泥浆体系,该体系具有防水、快凝早强、膨胀等多个功能,并通过现场的应用,总结出一套适合该油田作业的双凝、慢替固井工艺,解决了卡拉赞巴斯油田的严重水窜和固井质量欠佳等问题,获得了92%以上固井优良率。 Some cementing problems of shallow adjustment well cementing operations in Karazhanbas oilfield of Kazakhstan are analyzedin.Based on some characteristics of the oilfield,such as long term of production,too many wells,irregular formation pressures,good formation communication,high formation porosity,active formation water,low formation temperature and shallow buried.From cementing technology and cement slurry system research,a type of water-proof cement slurry system is developed,which is combined with dual-set and slow displacement cementing technology,the probtem of severe water channeling is successfully resolved,and high cementing quality rate is above 92%.
