张家口中等职业教育校企合作的建设研究

A Study of the Construction of the School - Enterprise Cooperation in Vocational Schools in Zhangjiakou

张家口市政府在《张家口市中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》(2010-2020年)报告中提出"创新职业教育发展模式,推进职业教育与企业行业合作、学校与企业一体化办学,实行引企入校、前校后厂等技能型人才培养模式",为张家口地区职业教育的校企合作指明了方向和工作的重点。职业教育学校只有本着以人为本的办学理念,着眼于不同层次的学生,力求一技在手、就业不愁的原则,才能让学生受到企业的欢迎,让学校得到社会的认可,实现学校、企业、学生三赢局面。

＂The Medium and Long Term Plan for Education Reform and Development in Zhangjiakou（2010-2020） ＂states the goal of vocational education innovation,the pursuit of cooperation between vocational schools and enterprises,which is the direction and key point for school-enterprise cooperation.Being people-oriented,vocational schools should show concern for students of different levels for the development of their skills so that they can be accepted by the enterprises and the society.
