摘要
设计实现DC+48V直流双母线智能控制监测电源,此电源可以直接接入负载和蓄电池组,输入电压经过DC+48V整流模块直流配电构成直流双母线系统,配送给设备及蓄电池等单元,同时采集48V输出电压和蓄电池组的充放电电压及电流,提供电压和电流的监测,并会同监控单元共同实现维护和管理功能。直流配电单元不仅能为后级设备提供直流电源,为用户的管理和维护提供电流、电压信号,还可以根据用户需要提供各支路通断情况及声光告警指示。设计创新点在于:(1)增强单个整流模块的监控精度,通过监控单元调节整流模块的输出电压和恒流特性;(2)增加蓄电池组回路分流器,监视充电和放电电流;(3)取消用于测试蓄电池的放电电阻及相应的电子开关,降低了系统成本,改用系统软件实现电池容量测试;(4)采用数字信号传输,提高信号传输精度。该设计简单、科学、实用、经济,更具人性化,具有很好的市场价值和广阔的应用前景。
We design DC + 48V direct-current duplicate-busbar intelligent control direction power which is charge of DC load access,storage battery access,and load distribution.It makes the DC + 48V input power form the Rectifier Module as the direct-current duplicate-busbar system and distribute the power to the units separately such as storage battery.At the same time,it collects the data of the 48v input voltage and current and the storage battery’s voltage and current,provides the direction of the voltage and current and realizes the function of maintenance and management.The direct-current distribution unit provides direct-current power for the subsequent equipment and provides the voltage and current signals for the maintenance and management as well as the situation of access of every branch and the warning signal according to the need.The key innovation of the design: 1.to strengthen the direction accuracy of the single module and regulate the output voltage by the direction and control unit.2.to add the storage battery circuit shunt to monitor the charging and discharging current.3.to cancel the discharging resistance and relevant switch to test the storage battery to decrease the system cost.4.to adopt the digital signal to improve the accuracy of signal transportation.With the simple circuit,the low cost,the excellent function,this design achieves the simple,scientific,practical,economical and humanizing goal.It has the good market value and practical prospect.
